Is LiveBoard free to use?
Yes. LiveBoard is free to play. If you enjoy it, you can leave a tip on the Support Us page. It goes toward hosting and new features.
Do I need an account to play?
No. You can join or create a room as a guest. Sign in with Google if you want your rooms to follow you across devices.
What's the difference between the Simulated and Real tables?
Simulated mixes actual results with your room's guesses for games that haven't been played yet. Real shows only what has actually happened, with guesses left out entirely.
How do real results make it into my room?
LiveBoard checks for finished matches automatically, more often around kickoff times. When new results are in, your room shows an out-of-sync notice, and the room's owner can pull them in with one click of the Sync button.
Can I change a guess after I've submitted it?
Yes, any guess can be edited right up until the real match is actually played.
How many people can join a room, and can someone be removed?
Up to 20 people, plus the room's admin. You'll see who's active with live cursors or highlights, and the admin can kick someone out if needed.
What happens to a room nobody uses anymore?
LiveBoard archives it automatically after 90 days without activity.
Is LiveBoard affiliated with any league or club?
No. It's an independent fan project, not affiliated with any league, club, or competition it displays.
