Terms of Service

By using LiveBoard you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

LiveBoard is an independent project run by one developer, known online as mlziade. In these terms, "we" means that developer.

LiveBoard lets you and other people in a shared room guess the scores of matches that haven't been played and watch a simulated league table update live. It is free to use at the moment.

It is entertainment. A simulated table is a set of guesses, not a forecast or advice. LiveBoard takes no bets, handles no money for wagering, and must not be used to run or promote gambling.

Fixtures, results and competition rules come from third-party sources and can be late or wrong. Don't rely on them for anything important. LiveBoard is an independent fan project and has no affiliation with any league, club, federation or competition it shows.

You must be at least 13. If you are under 18, make sure a parent or guardian is fine with you using LiveBoard.

You can use LiveBoard as a guest or sign in with Google. A guest is recognised only by an ID stored in the browser, so clearing site data or switching browsers means losing the rooms you own.

If you sign in, you are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us if you think someone else is using it. To close your account, use the report form or email us, as the Privacy Policy explains.

• Anyone with the room link, and the password if there is one, can join. A room holds up to 20 people plus its owner.
• The owner is the guest browser or account that created the room. Owners can rename the room, set, change or remove its password, and remove people. In a room owned by an account, only the owner can pull in real results.
• A person who is removed can't rejoin for 7 days.
• A room with no activity for 90 days is archived and stops working.

Treat a room link like a shared document link. Everyone in the room sees the nicknames, room name and guesses, so keep anything private out of them.

Be decent. Please don't:

• use a nickname or room name that is hateful, sexually explicit or harassing, or that impersonates someone;
• spam, flood or disrupt other people's rooms;
• get around a kick, ban, rate limit or password;
• scrape, overload, probe or attack the service, or use bots to create rooms or connections in bulk;
• use LiveBoard for anything illegal, including unlawful gambling;
• spam the report form or send reports you know are false.

We check nicknames and room names automatically against a list of blocked terms. The check can be wrong. If we refuse your name, pick another one.

When these rules are broken we may remove content, kick or block a browser, account or IP address, or end access, with or without notice.

You keep the rights to what you type: nicknames, room names and guesses. You give us a free, non-exclusive, worldwide licence to store it, copy it and show it to the people in your room so the service can work. The licence ends when the content is deleted, apart from records we must keep by law.

You are responsible for what you enter. Don't submit anything you have no right to share. To report a nickname or room name, use the report form and pick "Offensive nickname or room name". We will review it.

The LiveBoard name, design and code belong to the developer, except open-source components, which stay under their own licences. Use the site for your own enjoyment. Don't copy it, resell it or present it as yours.

Club crests, team names and competition names are trademarks or property of their owners and appear only to identify teams and competitions. If you think something here infringes your rights, use the report form and pick "Copyright or trademark complaint", or email us. We will review it.

LiveBoard is offered as is and as available. We don't promise it will run without interruption or errors. We may change, pause or remove features or the whole service, and archive or delete rooms. For anything significant, we will try to warn you first.

Tips sent through the Support Us page are voluntary gifts toward hosting costs. They don't buy features, priority or ownership of anything. You pay them outside LiveBoard, through your own bank, and they are not refundable except where the law says otherwise.

As far as the law allows, we give no warranty about LiveBoard and aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost data, or anything that follows from relying on simulated or third-party results.

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law, or liability that the law doesn't allow us to exclude.

You can stop using LiveBoard at any time. We can suspend or end access for anyone who breaks these terms or abuses the service. The parts about your content, ownership, liability and governing law survive after use ends.

When these terms change, we update the date at the top. If the change matters, we will post a notice on the site before it takes effect. Using LiveBoard after that means you accept the new terms.

These terms follow Brazilian law. If you are a consumer, you can bring a claim in the courts where you live, as Brazilian consumer law provides. Otherwise, disputes go to the courts of Brazil. Please write to us first, through the report form or by email, because most problems get solved faster that way.
